3 Tricks That Will Help Your Flowers Flourish More Often

Published by Maggie on

Very often flowers suffer from irregular irrigation or insufficient care and nutrition. But, if you do everything to keep the flowers alive, and they still don’t bloom as they should, try one of these 3 tricks.

Place ice instead of water

Putting 2 ice cubes once a week is quite enough. This method is great for watering flowers in hanging pots or for orchids.

Nutrition

A good trick is to put in a little bit of liquid fertilizer in the ice cubes. Make a mixture of 1-2 tablespoons liquid fertilizer and water, and freeze it in ice molds. Just 1 cube of ice with fertilizer a week is enough.

Warm water for growth stimulation

If your flowers can’t grow and open their flowers, it would be a good idea to try to water them with warm water of about 25-30 °C (77-86 °F).
